Will 64 bit machine allow dual Os such as xp(32bit) and vista 64 bit? Have some old programs (16 bit) to run on xp..

^^ Provided you don't need access to GPU acceleration, which rules out all games, and anything that does rendering. Frankly, its just like any other virtual PC.
