Trouble shooting RAID

Hello, How do you fix "Incomplete Raid Set" I have this message. It is in an ASUS A7N8X motherboard with a mirrored set. SiL3112A SATARaid using XP. THANKS

Well assuming that the system is reporting an incomplete RAID 1 (Mirror) Set and you have two or more drives activated in the RAID array then it is likely that one of the drives has failed and is requiring replacement. Normally the RAID controller will report what SATA port that drive is attached too. Replace the damaged drive and the RAID will repair itself on the next boot up.

If you do not have more than one drive then your controller is looking for a second non existent drive. Either supply it with a second drive or deactivate the RAID controller and switch the board to SATA. If your board is an Intel chipset then download and install Intel Rapid Storage which will be much more informative. If it is NVIDIA then go to NVIDIA's website and download their program for RAID management.
