Are my CPU temperatures normal?

My specs are...

Intel i7 860 @ 2.80Ghz
8GB Ram
Dell Mobo, Stock Heatsink/Fan
Radeon HD 6770
500 Watt PSU


I'm using RealTemp and my idle temperatures are around 48-53 Celcius. While gaming my temps are in the high 50's and low 60's. Is this normal when my fans are all at 100%? Will changing my computer case with more fans, will all of my temperatures go down?

I have bought a heatsink for my motherboard that is the correct socket but uses push pins and my mobo uses screws. How can the new heatsink I bought fit into my mobo if it doesn't fit using push pins, only screws? Help?

RealTemp 3.40 or RealTemp 3.60?

On my computer when I have both the above versions running simultaneously, there is a 14 degrees C difference between the 2 temps. Version 3.40 agrees with the temps from other monitoring programs.
