Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-2SH v1.0 Flash error

When trying to update the BIOS using the downloaded files from the Gigabyte site, I get an error message that the Flash BIOS is locked. Using the Qflash (by pressing End during boot) also produces a similar error

I think you have to change a jumper before you can write to the BIOS? Have you checked your motherboard's manual?
