Using My First Rig to Its Full Extent?

I just ordered the parts for my first build...

AMD "Dragon" Platform
- CPU: AMD Phenom II 955 BE
- Motherboard: MSI 790FX-GD70 AM3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard
- GPU:XFX HD-489A-ZDEC Radeon HD 4890 Xtreme 1GB
- HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
- RAM: OCZ Gold AMD Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
- Heatsink: XIGMATEK Dark Knight
- Case: COOLER MASTER Storm Sniper
- Monitor: Gateway FHD2102bmidgz Black 21.5" 5ms HDMI Widescreen Full HD 1080P LCD Monitor?

...and I was wondering. What can I do with all this power? What are some things its capable of?

What kind of framerates can I expect in WoW, and LOTRO? Last time I played WoW I was using a Pentium 4 at 3.16 GHz, 512MB of RAM, and a GeForce 4400 MX+. I've never played LOTRO.

More about using full extent
  1. With a decent OC on that system, it will just about anything, except play crysis on ultra-high with max AA/AF.

Also if you are one that leaves his rig idle for long periods of time look into Folding@Home, it's for a good cause.
