Overlock motherboard beginners

What is a good motherboard for beginners who want to start overclocking? PCU= AMD Phenom II x4 955, GPU= Radeon HD 4870.

No, you want a asus p6t w/ a i5 and a Nvidia card w/ some thing like 2 gigs of RAM

core i5 doesn't fit in a p6t and a nvidia card could be a 8400gs and 2gb of ddr3 800 @ 10-10-10-32-3n

Thanks for the advice guys, but i forgot to mention that i wanted a motherboard with two or more pci express 2.0 x16 expansion slots that can crossfire at x16/x16 in case i want to but another video card sometime. Any other suggestions to motherboards that are overclocking friendly that meet these specs?
