SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming, encoding movies, multitasking, watching hd movies
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, mouse, speakers, sound card
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: I live in new zealand, so no newegg. But if you provide links for newegg i wont mind that, thanks ....NZOCZONE.COM is a good site for NZ
PARTS PREFERENCES: Intel Core i7 cpu, nvidia graphics, 24" moniter
OVERCLOCKING: YES! SLI, but not initially, not until its required by games, i can always buy another and save more later on than spend more now and not be able to notice the difference
MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1200
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I want a computer that is good for its money, and has good price/performance, i dont want cheap or to expensive, i just want the most out of my money while still making it last long.
I would make these changes down below and then with the money saved pick up another gtx 275. If you can get your hands on a scythe mugen 2 or a xigmatek dark night for cheaper than that thermal right you can still obtain a decent over clock and save even more money.
Thanks mate, will the 750w be able to power 2 gtx 275s?
That Corsair 750w can power both of those cards with ease and still leave plenty of juice for a few more HD's, over clocking, fans, etc...and still have some left. The 275 doesn't eat up that much juice...even under load.
