Feedback on this Shuttle gaming build

Hi all,
I am going to build this gaming pc based on the shuttle micro pc cabinet and motherboard. I need help to choose the RAM type and brand, and other comments or suggestions are very welcome. My priority is low-noise and fast speed.

4 x 240pin DDR3 DIMM slots,4GB per DIMM(Max 16GB)
Support Triple channel DDR3 1066/1333/1600(OC)MHz

Suggestions on type and brand?

Thanks! Any advice on the harddrive? Is the Velociraptor worth the relatively expensive price? I don't need more than 250-500 GB storage space. Speed (app loading, win start-up etc) is important, but i can't really tell how much more "real-world" performance you get compared to for example a seagate baracuda or wd caviar disk?
