Print shop 15 pdf creation

Recent work done to my computer and reinstalled my Print Shop 15 today but cannot save as PDF. Suggestions? The error message indicated the driver is not right....how do I fix that?

1) try running in compatibility mode.
2) visit vendor site for correct drivers.

Only suggesting as what work you had done is not known.
