hi guys my specs are
pentium D 2.80ghz
1gb 667ddr2
powercolor ati hd2600 pro 512mb
asus pk5pl-am se motherboard > new mobo (integrated gma3100 intel graphics)
160 HD *reformatted the old HD but runs on XP

the thing is that i get lag at any kind games like even flash games... dont know why? i updated my ati catalyst on the net and im still having lag....
did i miss out on configuring bios? softwares? pls i need your help

Flash games lag is most likely your internet connection.
What other games are you talking about?
Your system is overall very meager as a game playing machine, I would expect even running at lowest resolutions you will have slow play and lagging with any modern game.
You did install the latest chipset/lan drivers for the motherboard, correct? If you did not, go to ASUS, download and install them. It will help, but it won't produce any miracles.

it even lags with graw and left for dead the slo mo fps..... does the monitor affect aswell? i use a dvi adaptor for my monitor.... any softwares to improve the fps on games?
