I own Fujitsu siemens scaleo P1, nvidia 8400 GS videocard Windows Vista. Second monitor functioned OK, until Mainboard was replaced by Fujitsu S. Everything works except for the second monitor. I can not select this in NVIDIA´s configuration utility. According to Fujitsu S, I need to install new software, but I think the drivers are fine. Plse Help?

Have you tried checking Windows' display settings? If it doesn't appear there, then there really is a problem with your setup or configuration.
