ok, i have an eleven year old computer, not a dinosaur if i try to run Any opengl program, i get BSOD. if i run a directx game from 2000,i have to make the window tiny, and i only have 192 mb of ddr ram. plus, its so old that there are no new drivers. i would like to start gaming, but i need a whole new computer. can you look up high end parts on one website to build a high-preformance gaming rig for under $850??? (not including shipping and tax)

You might try using one of the "Configurators" at , eg, www.cyberpowerpc.com

They name all the parts they use, and you can begin to get an idea of what you might buy, then check Newegg for what it might cost to build.

Once you get an approximate configuration, you can post it here for comments.

I dont think you will get a high-end pc with a 850.00 dollar budget but you can build a nice gaming system for that amount. What is your Total budget?
