I have a Corsair Dominator 6GB (3x2GB) 1600MHz PC3-12800 CM3X2G1600C8D ram in an EVGA X58 SLI board, and i am looking at purchasing another 6GB of ram. I do not want to go with corsair, is there another ram kit that will play nice with this ram, and not hurt my pocket.

I have the same EVGA Classified X-58 board along with 12 GBs of Corsair Dominator running for 18 months now without a hiccup.
Do not mix RAM, even if the clocks and frequency are the same.
Go ahead and add 3 more Dominator sticks of identical RAM, and you will not experience any issues.
