You must have the correct version number for that card.
If you have version 4.0 a good driver is HERE
The driver supplied by Cisco (LinkSys) at their site is BAD! It will cause blue-screen errors. Not "Stop" errors, but the one that says "Windows was shut down to prevent damage to your system..." etc.
The version number is part of the numbers on the little sticker on the card, it will end with v4 or v41 or v42 etc.
