4670 display problems

So I just put together my new system:

E5200
Gigabyte G31M-ES2L
4 GB OCZ RAM
and an ASUS 4670
Vista 64

And this is what it looks on all my games:

(except Starcraft)

It even does in the 3D tab of the Catalyst Control Centre.

Now I have:

- tried it on XP 32 bit
- underclocked the card as low as it could go
- tried the 9.6 drivers
- stress tested my system w/ Prime95 for 24 hours, no errors

And all to no avail. Any ideas on what else it might be?

Guess I'm out of luck.
Any advice on whether to RMA with Newegg or ASUS?

I am thinking it may be that 4670 card. Possibly the drivers too it may be.

I would try returning that card if you cant find any other problems with your computer.

Agreed on both accounts, I'm going to try an RMA through ASUS.
