First Time Building, need PSU suggestions

How is this for a build? I need some suggestions on a PSU, storage

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: pretty soon, already bought some parts
BUDGET RANGE: 1000$~

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, also maybe some encoding and streaming from PC/360/tv etc (probably need a capture card but i haven't research it that much)

OVERCLOCKING: Yes

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: no, probably will upgrade graphics in the future but only 1 card.

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1200

looking for a quality PSU to compliment the system. Right now im also looking for a cheap/good deal Hard Drive, doesn't need to be big on size.
But in the future I might try a simple raid, so i want a PSU that will be able to handle those future upgrades too.

I'd really appreciate any advice, tips, etc.

If you can then get the D0 stepping...

Do you have that graphics card ? or you are going to buy one?
