Hello, i am building my own p.c and want to know what parts do i get that will run sims 3 really smoothly

Sims 3 is not a demanding game, is it only game that you want to play?
We need more info, what is your budget for whole components? (not including mouse/keyboard, headset)
This budget only for the main components like CPU, RAM, Mobo, PSU, Monitor, Case, Optical drive.

Sims 3 is the going to be the most i play on the desktop. My budget is about 600 dollars. Keybord and mouse arent a real consern Just the memory,graphics card and the prossesor

You can get a PC going that will play Sims 3 for quite a bit less than $500 and $700 is much more than you need to spend.

You should be able to get these parts
AMD Phenom 2 x4 965
M4N68T motherboard
2x 2GB Corsair RAM
HD 5770 Video Card

all for like $400 in total, if that.
