Opening IE

Hello,
When I try to start IE, or other program icons on the desktop, I get a pop-up box that wants to know what program I want to use?

Your system may have a virus, scan with a fully updated antivirus, and an antimalware such as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. And if necessary scan your system online with an online virus scanner just type "online virus scanner" on a search engine and select either scanner
