I am copying and pasting this from my original post on another website. So, if the part about the Military thread and PBN confuses you, it's ok.
For the past 6 months or so my internet--well I think my internet--has been acting very weird. So, I am coming here for help.
I'm having a few problems not just one specific problem. One of the problems that is occurring is that when I click a web page they SOMETIMES don't completely load. For example, If I go to the Military Picture Thread here on PBN not all of the pictures will completely load. A select few will. If I refresh a select few of different pictures will load. The posts of the pictures that don't load are just completely blank. I cannot right click them and do "Reload Image" because nothing shows up. It also happens for videos. When I try to watch a video I will get an error message saying something like "An Error has occurred trying to play this video". This happens every time I go to a thread or web page that has a significant amount of images/videos and it's really annoying.
Another issue I am having is that sometimes a web page won't load AT ALL. Well, it kind of will. It will basically half-ass load. When this happens the web page looks as if I went into firefox and put "No Style" on for the web page. If you don't know what I mean by that I'll post pictures (just ask). This is also very annoying and seems to happen on a lot of "heavy" web pages.
The third Issue I am having is the least occurring of the bunch. Sometimes the computer will just completely loose internet connect. When this happens the modem doesn't have a red light or anything like that. It appears to be working completely fine. This may be the least occurring problem but it's the most annoying. Whenever this happens I have to completely restart the computer I am working on to connect back to the internet.
I just want to mention that this isn't only happening on a single computer. I currently have two computers and two laptops connected to the same modem. The laptops use the wireless (I have a hybrid modem/router). I don't know whether or not this occurs on the laptops because my sister and dad use them. They haven't said anything about it though. As for the two computers; it commonly happens on the both of them. I have no idea what the problem is and this is my last resort before calling my ISP! Thanks for reading.
