Well first things first. If the Power and reset are not working then that means something is not plugged in rgith somewhere.

My suggestion is to unplug everything and check the button connections first to make sure they are properly put in place. then connect the PSU to your mobo and GPU and as well your HDDs.

Leave the DVD drive out for now. Then when you have verified all the connections try to turn it on with the swicth to the back of the PSU and then the main power button.

How is this a cpu problem? You mean a PC problem?

Do you even know what a cpu is?? A cpu is a 1"x1" piece of silicon with a cooling fan on top.

A PC is a case with all the parts of a computer inside.

How can we diagnose your problem. You have told us nothing as far as information.

Is this an old computer with a new problem???

Is this a new build you cant get working properly??

Should we all pull out our crystall balls?
