Need advice on configuring BIOS in Asus P5Q SE Plus mobo

I have Intel Core 2 Quard Q8200 operating at 1333Mhz FSB. My RAM is DDR2-1066Mhz. What do I set in the following to achive optimal performance.

FSB Frequency (valid value between 200 and 800)
FSB Strap to North Bridge
DRAM Frequency
PCIE Frequency (I have Asus ENGTS250 DK/DI/1GD3)

thanks for the feedback. How to determine my FSB is 333, DRAM is 667 even though my RAM is 1066mhz ?

1066 is the DDR rate (2 times 667)
the RAM operates at a ratio of 2:1 compared to the CPU FSB (333 times 2 = 667)
