Is This Fine For OCing?

I'm sure the MoBo is set for OCing (Asus has always been good at that). The CPU will need to be OCed with the FSB, as well as voltage. As for the RAM, I'm not completely sure. I've been told Crucial Ballistix is great for OCing. So, is this fine for OCing? By the way, I will be using Ubuntu, so I was wondering if I can OC on that OS.

yes .. fine for OC via FSB , you need after market cooler, but and i don't know tool software OC like CPU-Z for linux, Prime95
