Windows Home Server Build

I've been researching this for a while and I am about to start buying the parts for a whs build. Being that this is my first server build, I am looking for advice and recommendations on the parts that I have picked out. This is my first amd build so any advice respective to that is also appreciated.

I all ready have the OS.

The cost is $280 before hard drives. I am planning on buying 1x western digital 1tb plus i have two 500 wd's at home right now so that would be 1 tb redundant and then expanding as required. The case has 3 3.5 bays and 2 5.25, I am going to get the drive adapters for the future hd's.

Planning on using the server to stream video plus backup 2 pc's plus web server if isp allows.

also, the mobo specs page on newegg just lists the lan adapter. I tried googling and it looks like its gig ethernet. Can anyone confirm that?
