Problem with mobo pins,plz help!

Hi to all!,recently i bought gigabyte P55A-UD3 with i5,and somehow,i dont remeber doing something,three pins are not in their right place,they are not broken,but there somehow "moved"


i suppose with a thin pen or something i could fix their position since they are not broken,but what should i do? i have the warranty but would they accept it??

It's hard to prove who or what caused the damage. If you rma the board, gigabyte will inspect it carefully and probably reject it when they notice the bent pins. I would try to straighten them yourself by using a straight edge item, such as a small knife. Place the board under some good lighting on a non conductive surface, such as a box or phonebook. Or just open your blinds, etc. Then carefully move the bent pins slowly to straighten. They don't have to be perfect to mount your processor.
