I have an old IBM Server and I want to install Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 on it but the bios wont let me boot the dvd drive does anyone know away to fix this or any floppy program that will install and allow me to run the setup

Old, meaning, b/4 USB ? Do you get into bios, but no cd/dvd drive shows in boot devices ?
What model is the server? I'm very surprised that it has a DVD drive (which means it cannot be that old) but is unable to boot from it. All IBM servers that I have dealt with in the last 20 years or so could boot from the optical drive.
