Cant up voltage on p67 ud4 b3 rev

Can someone please help me, im following a bit-tech guide to overclock my 2500k on a p67 ud4 b3 rev, the problem im having is that when i change the votage to 1.300v it does not show any change on vcore and the diagram on the guide shows a change. Am i doing something wrong, this is my first oc.
