is this a good monitor?

whats a good res. btw the monitor has to be from costco cause i have a 200$ gift card. if i buy speakers would they still work cause these are built in... for my gpu (ati 4890) would 1920X1200 be the best res?

Yes those are good speakers, they actually have better bass response than one would expect from ones that size. You get to choose which speakers you plug in so if you want to use the Bose ones just dont plug the speaker cable from the monitor in, problem solved.

You do want to look for a 1920x1200 resolution monitor but you may want to try to pick up a better know brand, i have never heard of or scene a sceptre monitor.

These are actually, super loud and have great bass, have them on my desk and they don't sound like they cost $29.00. I actually disturbed my GF kid in the living room over his 8 ich sub and he came in and closed the door...lol.

The sub is small but well made and will fit under a desk easy.
