Will it Fit (Noctua NH-C14) ?

Motherboard: P6X58D Prem
Ram: Corsair TR3X6G
Case: Antec P183
Cpu: i7 920
Cooler: Stock Intel i7

im looking to replace the fan with a Noctua NH-C14, but was wondering if both tob and bottom fans could be used.

I have that cooler on a gigabyte board -- my gskill memory has some pretty tall heatsinks -- had to move memory to slots 2&4 in order to use the bottom fan --- the cooler comes with an optional brace because in some instances the cooler would oscillate ...but the brace also interferred with slot 2 so i didn't use it .... i'm not having any oscillation problems without it (just so you know) ---great cooler!
