Can Some one help me i just Got my AMD Pehnom II X3 no Unlock or OC and its running at 800.04MHz

you probably have the cool n quiet feature running disable it in the bios

^ bingo. it will go back to normal speeds once you stress the processor. leave cool n quiet on though - saves electricity :)

Its either cool and quiet or you need a bios update because the multiplier(or cpu) isnt supported or something similar.

it should be under CPU options.

what logic is there in disabling it...? why not just stress your CPU with prime95 to see that it actually goes to peak performance once you stress it...?
