I recently inquired about the chance you will receive a D0 Stepping from newegg, this was their reply:

Unfortunately currently we have no way to know which the stepping of this item is. Please note that our stock move very fast so that we can not get our hands to the items and tell you what the actual stepping is. However I can assure you that generally we have the latest versions of every product. Please feel free to place an order for it, and upon delivery check the item info on the package. If this is not what you need, please do not open it and contact us back for refund RMA. We will not charge restocking fee for unopened items.
Just thought I would let everyone building a new rig know not to worry about being stuck with a C0 from Newegg.
