Dell running Windows XP home. In my computer C: drive shows now files. This is the only drive mounted and the system boots. There are also no programs when you go to Start_all programs. Cleaned a few viruses the other day with Malwarebytes and just noticed this today.

Can you open a commandprompt ("cmd" from RUN on start menu) and type:

dir C:\ /a

So the directories are there, but not visible in Explorer for some reason. Can you see the C: drive at all in explorer?
