Help with HP Desckjet Printer Installation

Hello,
I have change computers at the office, they are now all windows 7 version. I am having problems with installing HP Deskjet Printer, the printer is on a network and I cannot seem to locate the drivers. What should i do?????????????? Help

Go to the HP website, then to downloads. Locate the driver for your printer and download it to a specific folder so you know where it is. Then run the driver and that should take care of your problem.

You'll probably have to do this for each individual computer that will use the printer. An alternative would be to download the driver onto a disk after you make sure that it works on the first computer, then install the driver from that disk to the rest of the computers. Then again, since you're on a network, you might get lucky and all the computers will access the one with the driver.

If it is a network printer, your server administrator(s) should be able to load the correct driver for it.
