Hey guys i have a Gigabyte h67a ud3h b3 motherboard and im using intergrated graphics. Im looking to buy a new card and I am wondering if this motherboard supports pci express 2.0 x 16.

Yes, it does.

But it is irrelevant since pcie and cards are both forward and backwards compatible.
Also, the difference in fps is negligible with anything but the fastest graphics cards, and not much even then.

Get whichever card suits you.
