H80 cooling a i7 970

Well everyone I just got me a i7970 cpu in hand and I order me a CORSAIR H80 (CWCH80) High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler. Do you'll beleve this will keep it 70c under load, if I overclock it to 4ghz-4.2ghz?

I'm guessing yes as long as the room isn't too hot and you instal it properly. Obviously that depends quite a bit on your overclocked settings.
