New Build MSI P55-GD65 not boot only the fan

Hi all,

Sorry for my poor english!!!

I have a new build:

MSI P55-GD65
Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156
XFX GeForce 9800 GT 512MB
OCZ Obsidian 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
OCZ Fatal1ty 550W
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler

The problem is that Not Boot, only run the fans by 2-3 seconds and off and another time on and off all time.

I tried with another two PSU of 500W and 750W with the same result
Test with only one stick of ram and nothing  
test all components in a case and out the case and nothing  

Please help me
