Hello experts, I'm currently with 2GB OCZ Reaper DDR2 800mhz, on an Asus P5Q-E with BIOS version 2101 (04/06/09), gave me a couple of random BSODs with IRQ_LESS_OR_EQUAL (not that is much important), but I badly need more RAM, so I thought, instead of trying to figure out myself, I'd better ask for people that understand about this. CPU > Core 2 Quad Q9550 C1 Stepping

Memory Timings
@ 400 MHz 5-5-5-15 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 23-42-4-6-5-5 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)
@ 333 MHz 4-5-5-13 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 19-35-4-5-4-4 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)
@ 266 MHz 3-4-4-10 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 15-28-3-4-3-3 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)

Now, I wanted a faster RAM, so I made a list (all 4GB):

OCZ2RPR10664GK (reaper)
OCZ2P10664GK (platinum)
F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK

But I then read that DDR2 1066mhz isn't standard for DDR2, so I'm undecided now. What should I buy? 1066 or 800? And if 1066, which one of the three?
