Im just curious if my system(signature below) overclock and voltage are safe for 24/7 use.

MCH Core 1.32v
MCH Reference .776v
DRAM 2.02v
Everthing else stock voltage

Temps: Idle 38-42c Full Load: 58-62c (vary because of amnbiant room temp)

Your temperature and voltages are both in the safe ranges. You should be fine. However, is everything else set to stock or "auto"? Sometimes "auto" will set voltages too high. You should check to be sure.

I've been running my E8400 @ 4.1 vcore 1.3v 24/7 for 16 months now with temps @ 44c at idle and 51 @ load on Air cooling.

All other settings are set to normal not auto. Thanks for all the info. I thought maybe the MCH Core @ 1.32v from 1.1v might be a little high.

That's good. I just noticed you have the EP45-UD3P, like me. I know for a fact that with this board "auto" sets the CPU PLL voltage way too high when using a high fsb.

Yeah, I noticed that also. Not very stable with auto settings either. Thanks again
