I currently have an asus p6t deluxe (not v2) and i currently have 6 gigs (6x1gig) of dominator ddr3 1600 ram. i am looking to upgrade my ram to 12 gigs. at the same time i want to try getting faster ram day ddr3 2000 for overclocking. does anyone know if either on of these products will work:

Why do you need 12GB of RAM? Or why is 6GB of RAM not enough for you?

i got a canopus video capture device that runs through firewire. im running the hdmi cable from my vid card to the box then back into my computer to record stream video. i wana go full HD but my six gigs of ram cant sustain for very long
