DELL E521 PROBLEM HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just put brand new motherboard in after being told that was problem. Computer switches on does not boot. Light on ( orange) on front and green light on on Motherboard. has Processor died?

You need to give more background info. May be a power supply or ram problem.
