from the articles that i've read regarding the x2 245, the integrated memory controller supports ddr3-1066. will a higher memory frequency like ddr3-1333, in a way, affect the overall performance of the cpu?

it will support ddr3 800 straight to ddr3 2000 and ddr2 400 straight to ddr2 1066, the performance improvement between ddr3 800 and ddr3 2000 in everyday tasks is about 1%.
