What is so good about the Asus ROG Motherboards?

In benchmarks, their performance is identical, give or take a few negligible points, to the mainstream Intel and Asus motherboards that cost around $150.

So you're basically paying more for the looks, and a better built motherboard. But the end, it just performs the same. What do you think?

I have had a few of both and types of boards and I can tell you I’ll never buy a run of the mill board again I really like the stability and robustness you get from a well-built board. Your motherboard is the foundation to your pc and anything that is well built will have a strong sturdy reliable foundation.
