I purchased a new Energizer replacement battery for my GR390. The GR
recognizes that it's there but it won't power the notebook(even after 24
hours of charging). I called up Energizer (really the company that's
licensing the energizer name) and they said that some sony notebooks have a
setting/file that needs disabled to get them to recognize a non-sony
battery. Does anyone know the process to make it work?
