So I have been tweaking around with MSI Afterburner and using MSI Kombuster and have a couple questions.

I noticed that once I pass the 825MHz core clock mark running Kombuster benchmark my score will go down to like 5700, does this mean I need to up voltages? I thought maybe, so I tried upping voltages by 10 at a time but that didn't improve anything..

And this one is with a lesser OC, it has a slightly less overall score but the graphics did rather well compared to the 950MHz OC

I have a 1000w PSU

I'm no overclocking expert... On the graphics test when I go over 825MHz core clock it will go right to 100fps... no matter what MHz I set it at (except for the OC listed above) the graphics test will show 100fps and upping the voltages changes nothing, and my PSU shouldnt have any problems powering it...

There might be something simple I am missing, any help would be nice ^_^

Well if your fps steadily increases and then caps out at 100, the most likely cause is a bottleneck caused by a weaker CPU (proportionally to the overclocked GPU.)

As for the decrease in performance, I've had the same experience with the GTX580 when you get closer to the ceiling of a given voltage. What model of power supply are you using?

I'd use FurMark while tinkering with overclocking.

What are you using as a benchmark score? If Windows, don't rely on that.
Run a FurMark test in a 512x384 window (should put 99-100% stress on GPU)
Then overclock, watch fps on FurMark to make sure its going up and not down,
and watch temps in Afterburner.
If you haven't upped voltage, I'd do so, you should definitely get more out of your card.
I like to stay around 1.25-1.28. 1.3v is as high as I'd take it.

My CPU is i7-960@4.2GHz... I was using MSI Kombustor as benchmark, my computer just didnt like that program. I ran 3dmark11 and scored well above similar computers in all categories.. Ty for responses =)
