More about power supply strong
  1. Here's a link that might help shead some light on what your asking (page 13 has power consumption at load for video cards) the 260 is rated at 268 when stressed, divide by 12v = 22.33 amps at full load http://anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=3517&p=6

FSP is not known for building the best quality PSU's. I would also question whether that PSU had the connections required, or the required amps on the +12vdc rails after several years of use and the degraded circuits.

Short answer, I'd not trust it. I'd look for a newer, more effecient PSU along the lines of an Antec, Corsair or Seasonic, in the neighbourhood of 550 to 650 total watts. 650 is really overkill for your present needs, but would allow you to go SLI or a better class of GPU in the future without needing a new PSU.
  3. what about this PSU... will it run a gtx 260, with core2quad q6600 (slightly OCed to 2.8), 2 hdd....
