I just installed my new graphics card. (http://tinyurl.com/dzm8pd) This new card requires a PCI 6-pin power supply, and I cannot find any of those cords inside of my case. Also, my computer is not detecting my card but I can hear the fan (?) and I am running off of integrated graphics. Also, I have not ran the installer CD. Should I? Thanks in advance for the help!

What is the card and what is the powersupply?

You can get a 4pin molex to 6 pin PCIe adapter

I am having a PALIT 9600 GSO 512MB GDDR3128-Bit edition. It has TC of 1GB.It doesnt even require a Power connector and is also a low profile card.Try that if you can get one.

Or check this 9600GT low power card:
