Can acc be added to a board

CAN ACC BE ADDED TO A BOARD?
IS IT CHIP DEPENDENT,BOARD DEPENDENT,BIOS CHIP DEPENDENT,BIOS SOFTWARE
DEPENDENT,CPU OR WHAT? IF IT IS A MATTER OF SOFTWARE DEPENDENT, CAN A PROGRAM NOT BE WRITTEN TO ADD/INSTALL THIS ON A BOARD? SOMETHING LIKE A
SCAN,ANALYSE,COMPILE,INSTALL,PROGRAM?

ACC is strictly chipset dependent....You cannot add this feature to a board without some serious engineering...Which I believe would be impossible and quite impractical...Hell, you can get a MOBO with the ACC feature on it for like $60.00 at the egg
