Missing dwm.exe

I cant find dwm.exe. I tried looking in services and searching my pc. i thought it might have been a uxtheme patch i applied so i uninstalled that but i still cant find dwm in service. is there any way to restore this file and get its service running? Thank you. Im using 32bit windows xp home. thanks.

You appear certain that you need a file DWM.EXE.

What is this file supposed to do and what service will it enable?

dwm.exe is the desktop window manager service. Im trying to run stardock's window blinds and the dwm service must be enabled but i cant see the service when i run services.msc. thank you.
