What are the best brands for ATI and nVidia video card? Thanks.

They are alll pretty much the same, XFX has a good warranty. But I have never had a bad card in many of years of upgrading switching back and forth between the two. Its just a random thing if one is bad. I currently have a HIS branded 1 Gb 4870 since they came out last fall and no issues. The DX11 cards from ATI will be announced next month so I will wait and see who has the best price and go with one.

XFX is hard to top with their great service and double-lifetime warranty.

Unfortunately they aren't always the cheapest.

the only brand i ever had problems with from either camp was powercolor, cheap fan/heatsink on it that made noise from the start, then died on me a few weeks later. could've just been a fluke like soldier said. otherwise i've used PNY, XFX, EVGA, Asus, and Sapphire with no problems.
