Sometimes my computer will not boot. It shows the splash screen, does not accept any keys to get to bios, etc then 5 seconds later it restarts itself. It does this until I give up. It also doesn't give power to any of the usb ports. Other days it boots just fine.
Components are MB GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P P45 775 R VGA SAPPHIRE 100245HDMI HD4850 512M CPU INTEL|C2D E7400 2.8G 775 RT MEM 2Gx2|OCZ OCZ2RPR10664GK R HD 1T|SEAGATE 7K ST31000528AS OEM 650w psu dvd burner

1. Reset CMOS, loaded optimized defaults. Seems to have worked. Although my computer has tricked me into thinking I've fixed it before. I'll continue this thread if the problem continues later.
