Okay so,
I have my PC connected to my Vizio HDTV and Picture Will only show in RGB, but I can See it boot all the way to the Windows XP loading screed On Hdmi,Then The Logon is Displayed on the RGB screen.
If I go to Visual Properties I see 4 monitors, But I only Have one.

How many cables did you connect to your monitor? Almost sounds like you connected both a blue RGB cable and a HDMI cable.

If this isn't the issue you might want to clarify your issue a little further. If you only have one display then how is it switching between the RGB and HDMI?
